Food:
Breakfast - hard boiled eggs, sausage, orange
Lunch - chicken and stir fry vegetables
Dinner - taco salad (no tortillas)

I: gymnastic warmup day 1
II: hang squat clean
    5x55, 3x75, 2x85, 1x105
III: volume ladder, kettlebells
     35lb bell, through round 12 (Caleb suggested I end there)


IV: 15minutes joint mobility
V: 3 rounds: 10 pistols, 30 jump ropes
VI: 20 minutes foam rolling
