5x55, 3x75, 2x85, 1x105
III: volume ladder, kettlebells
35lb bell, through round 12 (Caleb suggested I end there)
IV: 15minutes joint mobility
V: 3 rounds: 10 pistols, 30 jump ropes
VI: 20 minutes foam rolling

Its been alittle over 3 weeks.. and im doing well.. Clothes fit better and
im not craving the junk really. Energy level is inconsistent because Im so
busy...
